What counts as a "seat"?
A billable seat is an active, non-viewer user in your organization, floored at one. Viewer-only accounts don't consume a seat. Adding or removing members adjusts your seat count automatically. See billing & quotas for the mechanics.
Trials
Every new organization starts on a 14-day Pro trial. When it ends you move to Free unless you upgrade. Org owners can extend a trial up to twice, to a 30-day total. See billing & quotas.
Which features are enforced where
The table above lists limits; the feature comparison lists exactly which capabilities each plan unlocks. Feature access is enforced server-side — the marketing bullets on this page summarize it, the feature matrix is the authoritative breakdown.
